Wet Paws

My trusty dog "Bing" and I had a nice walk down V Street between 14th and 11th Street this morning at 5:30 am, looks like a rainy first half of the weekend with a bit of sun and warmth by Sunday, just in time for my open house in Cleveland Park ( Large 1BR w/parking @ $367K-open 1-4 on Sunday, address is 2723 Ordway Street-just one block from Cleveland Park Metro)

Wow, what a stressful two weeks we have had on the financial rollacoaster! Hopefully the lawmaker pin heads will finalize a compromise "bail out" package and we can move forward.
In light of this mess, even "The Donald" says it is a great time to buy Real Estate!

Enjoy the first "official weekend" of fall '08

Woof--Fall is here!

Greetings to all dog lovers in DC! I have lived in DC for almost 25 years and in the U Street area since 1990 and my dog, an Airedale Terrier named "Bingley" (also known as Bing or Bing Bing) always has an extra skip in his step when the autumn leaves start to turn and the weather gets cooler.
